- I felt good all morning.
- I took myself out to lunch at Michel's Patisserie.
- I booked Wolf's vet appointment.
- I walked to the shops with my daughter.
- My counsellor and I listed heaps of strengths I have. We also came up with some affirmations I will list below. I'm going to write these on my mirror in whiteboard marker each morning.
- I confirmed with ARAFEMI that I am coming to the Chinatown outing next week.
- I decided to exercise daily to improve my mood. Even if it's just a walk around the block.
